Dr. Lee graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He then moved onto the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. Acclimating to a new language and culture while in college proved challenging, and he spent much of his time studying. He earned his Doctor of Dental Science degree in 1984.
