Dr. Sweeney graduated from the University of Georgia’s Honors College and received her dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia (now Georgia Regents University). She practiced in Savannah until 2011 when she had the opportunity to be a part of an advanced technology dental office in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. After 5 years, she moved back to Savannah in 2016 to start Savannah Dental. Dr. Stephanie Joy Sweeney offers a wide range of both cosmetic and general services including, but not limited to, crowns, bridges, tooth-colored fillings, implant restoration, and veneers. Along with being a Platinum Invisalign provider and Digital Smile Design-certified, she has advanced training in laser dentistry and also frequently attends continuing education courses to broaden her skills for her patients.

I had a great experience at Savannah Dental today. My hygienist was Ana who was amazing! Her communication skills were great so I knew exactly what was happening. I was a bit chilly so she got me a blanket. The technology they use to examine my teeth was very cool.
