Dr. Zadov completed her Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Psychology and Biology. She then earned her DDS (Doctor of Dental surgery degree) from the University of Toronto (2003), which ranks as the third top dental school in North America. Dr. Marianna Zadov has always had passion and talent in art, science, and medicine – key ingredients in dentistry. As a teenager she volunteered at Mount Sinai hospital, Toronto, Canada, at the dental clinic. It was at that time that she decided that she wants to pursue a career in the dental field.

Dental emergencies are not 100% avoidable, but there are actionable steps you can take to make sure your teeth and gums are healthy. Practicing good daily dental hygiene is best for maintaining a healthy mouth. Make sure you are brushing your teeth and flossing daily. Committing to taking your oral health seriously pays off.
We also recommend making (and keeping) regular dental appointments every six months. Having your dentist check your teeth frequently can keep minor issues from growing into major ones. Regular professional cleaning at your dentist’s office can make sure your dental emergencies are few and far between.
