Let us help you get the professional care and treatment you need to give you instant pain relief.

Available Dental Emergency Services

Your oral crisis could be seen in a knockout tooth, a toothache, swelling in your jaw, or another issue. We can help. Dr. Haddad and her care team have many dental services available, and we're well prepared to treat any emergency you may have. Let us improve the future of your oral health by helping you with your emergency right now.

Dental services we provide:

  • Toothache Relief — Many of our patients have ignored a toothache or put off getting it looked at. However, as a toothache can often point to a worse underlying issue in your oral health, you want a professional diagnosis before the issue worsens. Though at-home fixes for pain may bring you short-term relief, the only way to find complete and lasting pain relief is through a professional diagnosis. The Valley Dentistry can provide that.
  • Jaw Swelling Reduction — A swelling in your jaw with no known cause could be the result of an infection. Because your jaw is the support structure for the bones and tissues that make up your mouth, an infection in your jaw could impact the whole system. The sooner this issue is addressed, the more protected your oral health will be.
  • Gum Pain — Yet another symptom of a larger issue is gum pain, as it can point to a problem deep in your gum tissue. Dr. Haddad can determine the course of your pain and prevent it from worsening.
  • Root Canals — When a tooth has begun to decay, it likely needs a root canal to repair the connection between the tooth and its root before it becomes more decayed. Decay is a serious issue to keep an eye on, and teeth that have had crowns or fillings previously are more likely to deteriorate over time. It's important for a professional to restore the connection before the only option is extraction of the tooth.
  • Avulsed and Damaged Root Care — Usually the result of an injury or accident, a knockout tooth comes from an impact to the tooth or jaw. Dr. Haddad can inspect the damage done to the tooth as well as determine if there was more damage done to the socket. An avulsed tooth could suffer from breaking, chipping, or cracking, and each avulsed tooth is a unique situation. A professional diagnosis is needed to determine if the tooth can be saved or restored and what the best course of action is to preserve your dental health.
  • Tooth Extractions — When tooth decay has been left untreated and the deterioration is especially serious, the damage may mean that extraction is the only available option. Otherwise, the infection could spread to the rest of the teeth and affect all your oral health. Competent and experienced treatment is needed to prevent further deterioration and give you immediate pain relief.
  • Filling and Crown Repair — Fillings and crowns are very important in maintaining the health of your teeth. Although they are sculpted to fit your mouth, time, wear-and-tear, and impact can jar them loose or cause them to break. It's important that you get them repaired or replaced to guard your teeth against decay.

Avoiding Future Dental Emergencies

While a dental emergency is never welcome and not expected, there are important steps to prevent future emergencies. Even something as simple as remaining on top of routine upkeep and maintenance of your teeth, through regular brushing and flossing, can help tremendously. This can keep your mouth healthy and save you a lot of time and money.

It's also wise to make six-month appointments with The Valley Dentistry so that we can regularly give you a professional cleaning. Routine appointments also allow Dr. Haddad to monitor the small changes in your oral health and treat potential problems before they become serious dental emergencies.
